Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We hope you love your purchase! If not, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:
Items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend double-checking your order before completing a sale purchase.


How do I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with a non-sale item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • It is returned in its original condition

  • All tags and labels are still attached

  • There are no signs of wear or damage

To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • All returns must be sent with a Track & Trace code

  • The sender remains responsible for the shipment until it reaches us safely


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.


Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

  • Damaged or defective items may be replaced within 30 days of delivery

  • Refunds are not offered for damaged items, replacement only

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue
